Performance Training is about body balanced training using specific exercises to improve your performance potential as a martial artist.
We have compiled the most important exercises for martial artists. The goal is that the muscles of the movement chain work better together to reach a greater performance. To get a stable posture the ratio of the initial-movement and the counter-movements need to be strengthened in the same way. If the muscles of the counter-movements are not strong enough, a technique cannot be executed in the optimal range of motion. In addition, a false movement sequence increases the risk of injury. Another important aspect of this balanced training is that you also strengthen the joint stabilizing muscles.
